Just because you guys repeat it over and over doesnt make it true, you are aware of that, right?

Everyone conveniently forget that Benzema has had some of his best seasons individually with Ronaldo in the team, so you can stop pretending he became great all of the sudden when Ronaldo left, that simply isnt true.

Not all seasons are created equally. Benzema's value & importance is 10x bigger after CR7 left. He is the difference maker between Real Madrid missing Champions League and being a contender for LaLiga/UCL. Which you couldn't say about Benzema when CR7 was there.

We score less goals now than in the past, so obviously Benzemas contributions now are more important, percentage-wise.

But that aside, his last two seasons are not much different than other good seasons he's had in the past, individually.

He is their main goal scorer now, of course he will score more

The fact Benzema don't have a reliable scorer next to him up-front makes it even more impressive.

Benzema's level during last 3 seasons after Cristiano's departure is a difference given to context.
