His tactics are ancient. I said it many times before. What was succesful for him back in the day was the disruptive style of football with players of strong mentality, which current footballers don't have. Mourinho didn't adapt to the changes and now he's obsolete, jumping from job to job.

No he’s not. Such a stupid thing to say. If he failed in Fenerbahce, shouldn’t it be a mistake on their part cause they paid this guy €15m just to not win anything and not even qualify for Champions League. They sacked their previous manager for finishing 2nd with 99 points and the next season under the “Special” One, they finished 2nd with 84 points and 12 points behind league winners Galatasaray.

I think he is angry because he didnt get the transfers he wanted. Bosses from Fener expect him to win Super Lig and qualifying vs Benfica but then giving him Talisca who was too bad for Saudi League. Midfield has Fred and Amrabat. At the front finished Dzeko and En Nesyri. I mean yeah Mou isnt an easy character but with this squad they will never win Super Liga vs Gala who has young Osimhen, Sane, Gundo, Torreira

Then, he shouldn’t say it was a mistake if he himself is out of his depth and isn’t as great as he was anymore. Let’s be serious here when was the last time he mounted a respectable league title charge in the last 10 years. Ever since 2015, this man has been absolute shite and he’s too self absorbed and delusional to admit it. Not the same thing at all. Federer is way too old to be a tennis player. On the other hand, plenty managers are still great at 62.
