I used to find him dispensible, but he is turning me wrong.

He is very good offensively, but if you watch closely he also saves our ass lot of times at back by tracking bacj and stopping the attackers when there are no CB, or they are out of position.

He still lacks the intelligence, but he is best at what he does and I have no qualms about that.

I agree it will be very hard to replace him, especially his current role.
