Must be enough to register all players if LaLiga counted all income.

Read the words of Busi age t regarding a wage reduction. Even if he did renew it, that being accepted and reflected in the salary cap is not guaranteed.

We dont know inside details, but LaLiga are also a joke from what we can see.

FC Barcelona have sold 24.5% of Bar?a Studios to the company Orpheus Media, managed by Jaume Roures for ?100m. [rac1]FC Barcelona have completed the fourth economic lever. Official announcement in the coming minutes.

La Liga expects the 4th economic deal before 2 p.m., Bar?a should send the documents.

That might be a little too early to prepare all the documents given it was only signed this morning but I hope they can get it in. Then we'd be able to register majority of players for Rayo.

Reeks of Roures doing Laporta favour here. Perhaps given us better terms than others would have done too since they're buddies and Roures is a staunch Catalan independentist and a Culer. Although business is business so kinda doubtful.

In any case selling parts of Barca Studios which is technically just a side hustle generating 30m odd for the club and not really a part of the club's assets to begin with is no big deal.

This Laporta will sell the sea and the beach in Barcelona ...
What will be in the future when the revenue is lowered with selling the assets and salaries and costs will grow due inflation... And income will be lower while the new stadium is going to be built and Barca will play on some "20ish k" stadium?

We will have to raise more in transfer sales like most clubs do to offset the drop in future revenues.

Lowering the salary set across the squad will help with that.

rogerTorello"Joan Laporta is in his element during extreme situations. Maybe having the whole fanbase waiting on whether Xavi can count on the new signings and renewals a day before the league opener is an unnecessary risk, though."

La Liga is an ass but Laporta and Co. should have tried to figure out whether we had enough to register all players long before this last couple of days before the first game of the new season. It looks like they were playing some sort of wait and see game with La Liga and hoping for the best. They shouldn't have dragged it this long.

Someone at the club should know what La Liga's exact requirements are and should have been able to calculate whether or not we have met them, unless of course, La Liga being an extreme ass and keep moving the goal posts just to fuck with us.

The whole thing reeks of incompetence by Laporta and the club.

He is just gambling.
This transfer window either is gonna become a huge success or huge failure. I hope we will not struggle for decades because of those 4 levers and financial management.
