Yeah, La Liga is more technical and tactical and EPL is more physical. He is just repeating what others have said in the past. If you like one more than the other is just a matter of preference. Quality wise, at the top La Liga is a bit higher, especially if Barca go back to normal spending. Top 4-8 EPL has the edge clearly imo, their teams are just stronger, even though the actual title fight rarely has more than 2 teams in it until the end, much like in Spain.
