Hector Fort (loaned to Elche)

Very strange that he's still not transfered/loaned out. Doesn't he understand the urge for him to find a team where he can play? I'm pretty sure Flick told him that he won't have any chances this season to get minutes, if there isn't some injury crisis going on.
Some players are really bad advised.

It's seem him and guille will leave, 2nd time they are missing the match squad completely.

Would have hoped this would be done weeks ago to give him time with his new team, but such is football

Elche putting a solid team together, these loan deals should have been done week ago though.

But shit happens, not the only club doing business on the last day

In the end it's a good move. And we need more LaLiga clubs in our network to loan our better youth talents.

Infact we generally need a better business network and should probably look at a proper SD with British connections for that. Chelsea spent 300m and through their network and shenanigans, made a net profit.

We don't need to go that deep because LaLiga FFP does not support it, but we should atleast be able to get all our top talents out there and playing like Ibrahim Diarra, Toni and Guille next year.

Mallorca and Elche (if they stay up) are the clubs worth to have good relations with. Betis obviously too if we want our kids to play at a higher level and in Europe. Shame Sevilla is in shambles and our institutional relations with them are non-existent since Del Nido Jr. took over. In their case we also usually bought good players from them. But now they don't have that many of them though if our situation would be a bit better wouldn't mind Bade or Lukebakio for 20m.

And then likes of Andorra in Segunda. Would def loan some of our youngsters to Mirandes too, they live from loanees. Kids will either come back with good experience or increase their value so we can sell them. See what happened with Panichelli who Alaves sold for 16m after a loan spell at Mirandes.

But I think overall club has learned something and are now pushing the players out on loans/sold with buy-back at 19/20 rather than keep them in the B team or on first team bench until they are 22 when there is already too late for them to develop to their full potential or maximize their value.

At 18/19 clubs are looking for high upside talents and are willing to pay for that, at 22 they prefer to find cheaper players that somehow didn't make it at big clubs. And at selling clubs (something that Barca is not and will never be ofc but should consider that from the La Masia/youth players development viewpoint because not everybody can make it here) finding the right time to sell the right player(s) is crucial.
