Ayo, Flick needs to start Eric at the RB positon for extended periods. When FDJ is fit & firing, Eric will always be a backup to him.

Given Koundeis performance, I don't see him outperforming Eric. We need a solution to the RB/Fullback problem. If Eric does well, we might just need a cheap backup like Mingueza and our Fullback problems are solved.
