I don't think you can accomodate both into a Flick system.

Lewa can't have two players who don't press in the XI.

If you replace olmo for messi, then you have to drop lewa for torres, so either way it's lewa.

Against the better teams would be Messi and Ferran.

Ferran for example I believe has double the goals/assists against Real in league than Lewa does and can run in behind the better sides that press up in way Lewa cant.

While also scoring in CL semi for Barca and in Spanish Cup Final v Real while Lewa hasnt.
