This season will be remembered in the memory as the full revival of this club. 2022-23 was the revival but the complacency kicked in too early, this season was the full revival of this club back to the it's stature. Although it is a disappointment we didn't win the UCL but it happens and this is part of the game, the best team does not always win. This is truly the start of something special you could feel it, just like 2004-05 and 1990-91, Insha'Allah this is the start of a new dynasty under Flickmeister. For now, let's enjoy the upcoming 28th LaLiga title.

Praise from Toni Kroos:

That's the really impressive thing about Barça: they carry on playing as if nothing had happened, nothing had happened. They carry on taking the risk of losing 7-0, but they have this security, this certain ease. You don't notice any fear of losing. That's really unique at the moment. It's a huge mentality when you just say: 0-2, whatever, we'll just carry on. And yet you notice that Real Madrid still have doubts despite being 2-0 up. What goals actually do to a game – no goal changed the game. It was the same game the whole time. That's mainly because Barça are currently having such ease with the ball.

I agree with him. One of the most impressive things Flick brought back to Barca, this confidence. No matter how many goals the opponent scores, we keep going and score more. That even nearly worked against Inter, where just 2 minutes remained until the final.
While he's right and that is true, it is still a risky game to be involved in basketball games all the time.

HOWEVER, you can say it is high risk high reward - Barca score so many goals because they take risks at the back, and they take risks at the back so they can score more goals.

Is it sustainable long-term? I don't know, I hope so as I am fond of Barca as a club. But what it certainly is is entertaining. I have watched Barca more than ten times this season and was only bored once (that scrappy 1-0 away win several weeks ago against I can't remember who).

Yeah think that was it Horatio mate. Now you mention it I am sure it was Leganes.

Barca were woeful that night but got over the line. Only time I have watched them they've been poor. Actually I watched that 2-4 loss to Osasuna too. Other than them two games Barca have been great every time, win lose or draw. I have seen all the Clasicos, the Inter games, the Benfica games and a few others.

Fire should be there since we missed the CL. But as it happened to us this season, things can change quickly in football. Hopefully we finally get it right in the transfer window.

Sensible to have him on 2 more years. Barca/Madrid managers don't last long anyway.

Exactly. Madrid was celebrating CL and LaLiga win in the summer and ended up with nothing. You need to stay humble and go game by game. Nothing is won on paper.

2022-23 was the big starting block, this is the year we became imo the hottest team in the world after 2015 if in spectacle if not yet the full package.

Fully back is in 2-3 years. But back for Barca is not what back usually means for other teams.

I can even see Romanian teams use Barcelona as the football referrence point like 10 years ago.

Football discussions eventually lead to Barca, and Lamine... it's crazy.

You're welcome
Kroos is a podcaster these days so expect him to talk a lot but think he's one of the most intelligent players out there.
Yes. But I predict he’s gonna throw Real under bus soon enough. Convinced a lot of types there that annoyed =]*] out of him.

Bad news, Xavi will have him figured out in no time. Alongside a few quality new signings. Would be surprised if Bumsi would win anything next season.
I'm sure, given you'd hoped he fails all season, and will continue hoping the same for the next one. If your loyalty to this club hinges on the presence or absence of specific players or the manager, and you cannot genuinely rejoice in its triumphs regardless, you betray the very essence of being a true fan.

It takes a special kind of crazy to venerate someone like Amorim but constantly belittle and ridicule a manager who's brought back joy to culers and all of footballing community. You only have to hear what experts and football fans are saying about us to fully get an idea of how impactful Flick's Barca has been this season.

Players themselves are full of praise of Flick too.
