He really wanted this job. His dream and he knew Barcas financial situation. He paid a price to fill his dream. Makes sense to me.

I assume that's still net salary so 6mil a year. 3mil would be super low.

Search with Google AI and you will find out. 3m plus bonuses: 1m if he win CDR, I guess 1.5 or 2m if he win CL, other bonus if he win LL and so on. Those are adding to that salary. Most probably, accepting a contract extension, he might got a better number.
Just a comparison, Mourinho at Galatasaray gets somewhere around 10-10.5m E/yr.

Were the only ones! Fucking club with no budget and without stadium. Starting half of kids from academy. Doesn't get better than this. Enjoy the ride cules.

What he’s done is extraordinary. We used to be the butt of every joke these past few years but Flick has restored our honor, made teams fear us again and made us play beautiful football. I’ll never forget that detour in Europa League and that Frankfurt game…but look at where we are today.

My only nitpick would be his infatuation with Gerard Martin. Other than that he’s been 10/10.

He complicated things
Don't know why he didn't start with a decent formation at least to control the game
Then made his changes and the players could of taken this game as a training now he is going to chase the game and we could suffer in the 2nd half

Objectives for next season.

1. Learn to defend in possession, no need to attack 95 minutes of a game.

2. Rotate more earlier, you can't throw players on after icing them for months, in the business end of the season.

Relating to this game, no comment we were always going to win, the nervous energy from fans don't change that

Agreed. He should have kept those bums in the freezer permanently. Only thaw them out before you ship them.
