Seen this video being mentioned in the context of Barca signing him here, on X and in many other places, usually by non-native speakers trying to make the point that Flick is exuding authority here - which gives me a good chuckle.

This entire documentary, and this scene among others in particular, is infamous and a laughing stock in Germany. He's a C-list actor here doing the angry coach routine while displaying as much authority as your local pool attendant. Doing a speech like this in the locker room will get you laughed at when the cameras aren't rolling.
Bonus points for the "Ey" and "Boah ey" parts where Flick, as a guy from Heidelberg, resorts to Ruhrpott proletarian lingo staight from the 90s.

The other parts of the documentary, especially the part where he shows our NT a motiviational video about the mating behaviour of the Greylag goose ("Let's learn from the grey goose"!) for no discernible reason, at least became a good meme. The term "Graugänse" will now forever be linked with shitty, overly emotional, pseudo-intellectual and metaphorical bullshit speeches. Thank you Hans-Dieter.

Conclusion: 0/10 über-cringe.

Yeah, this doesn't look great, but he is here now and we have to give him a fair chance.

Let's be honest, no manager in the world is getting this team to win trophies next season, under the financial restrictions we have, so if he can come here and implement some positive facets from a different footballing culture than we are used to ( Fitness, Mentality, Counter Attacking ) then I will be happy.

The time for Barca to win is when we return to the Camp Nou and our finances and the players in the transfer market improve in 2025/6. And if a top tier manager is gettable ( Klopp ) , even better.

Streich, Nagelsmann, Tuchel ??
Tuchen could be. He comes from some working class background, as i remember. Don't know the first one, but Naagelcuck. Hahaha
He would look with docile dogs stare at his wife being raped by a black man and feel proud german at the same time lmao

Anyway, it doesn't matter how he is as a person as long as the players follow him. And the way to know if the players follow him or respect him is if they play good football and produce results, and most importantly, titles.

All the talk, videos, documentaries, all of those are irrelevant. What matters is what he does. Pep without the results and the style he brings to his teams would be the biggest joke out of all managers. But he wins consistently, so all of those are looked at differently.

Personally I hope he takes no ]={^ from the board.
