Bordalas fucking terrorist. Should be nowhere near La Liga. This league is supposed to be a celebration of the beautiful game, the home of technical excellence not a bunch of angry latino/african mercenaries crying, bitching, breaking legs and sitting in a haram low block every game.

Yeah, Angel Torres said they have no other option but to sell Uche though Bordalas and players are obviously against that.

Reports now coming from Mexico that Monterrey wants Borja Mayoral and selling him (he's by far their best paid player) instead would allow Getafe to register new signings and keep Uche. We'll see.


Getafe also the only team in top 5 leagues that only made one sub in the game last weekend (Bordalas only made one sub in their first game against Celta as well). And that was in the 90+ minute. Obviously Bordalas had likes of Mayoral (though he's just returning from injury) and Peter Gonzalez on the bench and choose not to bring them on so can't only blame the registration problems but it's evident they are very short on the first team players.


For the Getafe coach, with that patched-up squad list, the rules and the five substitutions were merely an anecdote. Of the 96 teams that played their matches this weekend, only Getafe resorted to making a substitution. This resistance leader only found one opponent that came close: Lille, who resorted to two substitutions in their match against Monaco.

48 matches were played across the five major competitions. 61 of the 96 teams on the pitch used all five of the required substitutions. Spain and Italy were the most popular substitutes. Sixteen teams from each country completed the quota. In LaLiga, Athletic Club, Rayo Vallecano, Oviedo, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, Espanyol, Villarreal, Girona, Valencia, Levante, Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Elche, Mallorca, Celta Vigo, and Alavés used their quota. Osasuna and Betis were left with four.

It was in Germany where the economy of alternatives was most widespread. Only eight of the 18 teams opted for all five substitutions. In France, it was nine; in the Premier League, 12. In the English competition, all the contenders for the title (Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, and City) agreed to make all five substitutions.
