Gundogan is a well rounded midfielder with great discipline and IQ but he's not the kind of match-winner or world beater that'll drag a team to victory and will produce individual brilliance out of nothing. With all due respect, he isn't an all time great and is an efficient part of a well oiled system.


He's a very reliable and smart midfielder just barely at the World Class level at his very best and generally a little below the true World class quality like his teammates KDB, Rodri and David Silva were/are.

It's hard to judge Woltemade because one thing Newcaslte do is built around the striker, so the point that Murphy basically players like a 90's winger.

His off-ball runs are phenomenal, sth what Germany misses since Klose left them

there was a time when they had to have Füllkrug as striker lol, Woltemade is 100x better
