Wirtz same as Olmo doesn't have that Hate in him.
We need players who have that Dog in him.
So dont mind losing him, if Olmo even has a semi-decent career here at Barca.

Many players do well with their NT but disappoint with their clubs. His performances for Spain gives him zero credits with Barca.

Barca needs its AM to not only show up against the mid-table La liga clubs but also be the difference maker against tactically disciplined opposition in the CL. The over-reliance on Yamal as its lone creative outlet against the big sides isn't sustainable. Its not like Lolmo did anything of note against Madrid either. And if truth be told, the reason Barca lost against Inter was not the high line but the fact that the team's more experienced players like Raphinha and Lolmo didn't step up over both legs. Sooner or later Barca will need to find an upgrade, or else we will be staring at yet another CL exit.

Wirtz has never been realistic for us due to his fee.
We don't have the capability of spending 130m for one player right now, nor should we.
So Olmo vs. Wirtz doesn't even make sense in that regard. Although I'll say Wirtz is a much better player.

1.77m midfielder isn't exactly small for midfielder. I don't think he is slow either, always looked quick whenever I watched him

We could have gotten Wirtz, Musiala or Xavi but we decided for the cripple because he's Catalan. Story as old as Barca...

Xavi is a good shout, but I think reports are we didn't pay the full 60m for olmo.

So it's a good deal on multiple fronts and he's won us 12 points in la Liga this season.

Just needs to stay on the field more often.

I think he'll have a good game tomorrow

Where will he play if he goes to Bayern or Real? Both Musiala and Wirtz are excelling in the same position (attacking midfielder). Same goes for Real Madrid. If he comes to Madrid him and Bellingham would have the exactly same problem as Vinicius and Mbappe are having right now. To have a long term success players and club officials really need to turn their brain on in order do create a team of players that fits perfectly. Just look at the PSG case and how they excelled this season when every player is giving his maximum while playing his best position in the team.

Wirtz and Musiala play together for the NT so I don't think it would be an issue.
