Bit of a fall from grace for Guille to be playing in Youth League v Chelsea.

Hasnt been good enough this season for Atletic in what minutes has played though.

Juan H, Toni, Tommy all been better than him.

Seen him linked... feels like easiest way to get a young players name out there is to claim Barca or Real want them so take all these with pinch of salt.

Folks here (Egypt) liked him in the U-17, I didn't manage to watch him tbh.

You never know at this age group, though. He was heavily linked to move to Germany (Stuttgart iirc) even before the tournament, so you can fairly say he has enough talent to go to European youth systems.

Not in Egypt though, and surely not Ahly tbf. They have even rejected real offer from Barca before for one of their talents (around 2000, current club president was vice president back then).

Mainly because they are stupid enough to think the talent will make it big and they can sell him for triple the price at 23, and because they are fairly wealthy too and don't need money for sale.

Early on it was coming from his agent, so I thought it was likely a bs, but not it is from the club, So interest is very likely real. Though, deal is likely far for now.

Well, at SPORT we can say that two new pearls from the African continent have just arrived in Barça youth football. These are Mouhamed Dabo and Elhadj Malick Cissé, both Senegalese and international with the U17 national team.

The landing of these two talents comes due to Barça's collaboration agreement with the Be Sport Academy. It is a 15-day trial period and since this Monday they are already training with Pol Planas' Juvenil B. A defensive pivot and a playmaker, both 16 years old. The Barça technicians will monitor the two players and if they deem it appropriate they could do more 'stages' in the future. It should be noted that they cannot officially sign for Barça until they are 18.




Can't find highlights for Cisse and I've seen some sources say he's a midfielder and the other he's a CB.

It seems we might bring Cisse, who had trials with EPL this year.
Dabo had trial with Manu but they won't bring him.
