Another highlight is the performance in the area of merchandising, generating €170 million (+55% compared to the previous season), thanks to the international expansion of e-commerce, which now operates in more than 170 countries.
Following the financial impact of the revaluation of Barça Productions, which now has a final valuation of €178 million, the sale of the new hospitality product under the PSL (Personal Seating Licenses) model, which generated extraordinary income exceeding €70 million, and the signing of an extraordinary agreement with UEFA due to a breach of fair play regulations (resulting in a €15 million fine), the post-tax result was -€17 million. The Club’s results reflect a solid financial structure and a reduction in debt to €469 million, €90 million less than the previous financial year. The fact that our revenue is almost a billion without the Camp Nou and selling players is impressive.
A bit of that is due to the sale of VIP seats, but that's standard operating procedure in today's business sport environment.
The impressive and important thing is to keep wages within a certain range and continue to pay down the debt, both of which are happening and will be helped further by the new stadium.
The fact that our revenue is almost a billion without the Camp Nou and selling players is impressive.

The only team above us is the Ref Scum, who are beating us by around 20 percent.
We will overtake them once the Nou Camp Nou is open for business and will report the highest revenues in the history of football shortly after.

It's just the net debt, not the total liabilities. When Laporta took over, the club's net debt was around 700m. So the club under Laporta's leadership managed to reduce the net debt for around 30% in 5 years, building a healthy wage structure that is around 50% of the ordinary income (under Bartomeau it was close to 80% if I remember correctly, that's why Covid hit us strongest out of all clubs) and all of this without losing competitiveness.
The short-term net debt was repaid with the levers, other debt refinanced into long-term to pay it off, when Espai Barca starts to generate piles of cash.
