Yeah I saw it, I don't like the white color (don't get me started about the blue HP logo). I prefer the all red or red-black combinations but everyone has different taste. The Schumi era Ferrari's will always be my favourite.

Looks different (used to be the livery in the 70s), but I like it. I don't like the tons of sponsors F1 allows on cars, but that's the reality of the sport.

Saw a video of Hulkenberg's onboard camera from Bahrain preseason tests. The battery gets drained from full to null at the start/finish straight. And then Hulk has to keep the car at higher gear to recharge the battery, while bogging the engine.

This is like some racing sim, where you have the TURBO advantage for 10 seconds. It replaces the boring DRS zones, but in reality it's not much different as concept. I expect the turbo to be applied at the straights, where DRS zones were formerly.

He's totally right, it's horrible what the policital green agenda did to this sport with this electrical nonsense. Bring back V12s, get the electrical motors the fuck out of this sport, it should go back to vacuum cleaners where they belong and race!

A serious synchronisation is required between engine power recovery and aerodynamics. I have a seen a lot of beam wings lookalike as well (beam wing is forbidden this year).

You guys know Yelistener ?

Yep, love his channel. Attention to details, rather than storytelling like some others.

I'm comparing the lap times to last season. 2026 best time (Russel) is 3 seconds behind 2025 (Piastri). But keep in mind those are still pre-season test and DRS is gone, not official FP Bahrain runs.

Obviously this season will be re-adjusments and adaptation to the new rules. That was expected, but the slower cars and chaotic overtakes were not.

Wow what are these gaps... are Mercedes really that far ahead of the rest... are Cadillac and Aston just going to be there for the fun of it... I have not checked any preseason results, expectations...

And the main question is, did FIA made it more boring instead of more entertaining for us with all the changes...

Shame about Verstappen. Hadjar qualifying 3rd means he at least would’ve been 2nd if it wasn’t for the braking failure.
