Amorim complained earlier on this season, he manages the worst Man Utd in recent history. This is similar talk to what got Xavi fired by Laporta at the end of the last season.

His body language after 2-3 months in the job was of someone who had lost his will to live/stay alive basically.

God knows what is going on behind the scenes there.

He was right, this team needs a complete tear down but questionable if they can do that with their finances.
And so was Xavi at that moment last year. The difference is Man Utd are not in a financial crisis. If Amorim is not fired, he's got a very short window to deliver, I feel for the guy.

Damn, United are nearing such a stage where you feel sorry for them. All that drama vs Lyon and the great win vs Bilbao only to be Tottenhamed.

The feeling is, United just hit a bottom. Like a real bottom. They lost money, any Europe etc. also any attraction for top players.

This is the lowest of the low AND I don't see a quick fix. Not with these players. The squad needs total change.

Big changes must happen. This off-season.

He probably saw an organisation stuck in their past glory and no way to change it himself
