Winners of A, B, C and D leagues are qualifying directly if I am not mistaken.

Nobody qualifies directly, but if you won your group then you get an extra chance at qualification with a play-off if you mess up normal qualification.

Thx. Doesn't seem all that much incentive to win then. What about that final 4 tourney in march then? For prestige?
It's also better that teams of relatively close level meet each other more often on every level. Not much fun from Germany vs San Marino.
Although it seems that teams did take those matches more seriously than an average friendly. Wonder if it lasts, when gains are not that great.
