Wilshere is a lot better than Drinkwater, although I'd have taken Drinkwater over Rashford. Surely Rashford won't get a game being the 4th choice striker behind Kane, Vardy and Sturridge.

Russia has lost Dzagoev, their only player who is capable of creating an attack from deep (he's injured). Shirokov is finished already. Their attack is decent though: Smolov, Dzyuba and Kokorin are more or less decent players. Other than that, their squad is shit.

Na, the group stage being as it is, one win from the last two would be enough. I don't see Russia getting another point from the group if they play like that again.

Sterling/Kane should have been off after the goal. Vardy would have scared that pensioner defence shitless when they are being invited to attack. And taking off Rooney when you are trying to see out the game, for Wilshere of all people. Woy
