They didn't play good football either, they got hammered and did nothing of note the entire game.
You have to adapt to your conditions and work with what you have. Too many Spanish teams try and play nice football with average players, which leads to getting hammered by good teams and not playing good either as team can't execute.
No surprise that Madrid and Barca hardly drop any points to lower teams with them all playing like this.
