Enrique was a successful coach for the present however he did not pay much attention to the future.

Valverde is inheriting some of Enrique's dreadful squad mistakes. We need to be mindful of this. I hope that Valverde is given enough time to build the team in his own vision.

I do not think that we are capable of overhauling the squad in one summer. We are not Man City or PSG. It may take at least 2 summers to get the squad right. The question to be asked now is, will Valverde be given 2 summers if we don't win any trophies in his first season?
