The problem with Erl can be summed up with one sentence and that sentence is that ERLING HAALAND IS NOT A KILLER. He does not have the desire or personality to do the down and dirty that his game needs, in order to perform at the highest level.
My bookie offered me double odds of him scoring against Real. I looked at the teams and saw Rudiger was playing and thought there is not a cat in hell's chance, away from home, that Haaland is up for a FIGHT with Rudiger. Because that's what it takes to get the better of a bully like Rudiger, the heart of a lion. There was no chance, bar a penaldo, of Erl scoring.
Haaland changed when he won his treble. Before then he wanted to score every game and was willing to do the hard stuff to do it. Now, his modus operandi is to smash the shitters and a goal against great teams/ defenders, are just a bonus.
He's a 6ft 5 tank who gets physically bullied regularly. He doesn't like the physical contact. He is like having a Ferrari when you are scared of driving over 60kmph. It's nigh on impossible to change that mentality and that's why he is not for us, and the KILLER Osimhen should be the chosen one.

I know you don't like him but Prime RL9 absolutely annihilated and manhandled Rudiger in 2020 lmao. 3 goals and 4 assists against him in 2 games.
It's not that tough to bully him. He's a goofball not a real hardman.
