Imagine if we did, we would have failed on the pitch & he would have left us with a squad that's beyond horrible lol

He's the assist coach type that's it, as some good ideas tactical.

The ajax situation was clearly a fluke, de jong is by far the best thing to come out of that situation, which tells you everything you need to know.

I mean firing someone after two matches tells me that this was about more than mere results on the pitch. With that said, taking action is crucial and something Man U should do more of.

I was surprised that they hired him in the first place. Wtf were they thinking?

Of course there is much more to it, I wrote about it earlier. Openly argueing with his superiors through the media, making demands Leverkusen wasn't willing to fullfill, as they're not dumb enough like United to give him Onanas and Anthonys, losing the dressing room this early. Pretty sure they wanted to sack him already even before the first game, but they gave him at least a chance to convince with results, which he didn't manage as well.

The signing of him was bad yes, they were blinded by his big name most likely and ignored all red flags from United.

German media keeps burying him. He must have been a complete asshole during his short time, for Leverkusen to keep on kicking him when he's already down. Leverkusen didn't even include a PR "thank you" in their statement. Things must have been very ugly behind the scene.

----

According to SPORT BILD, Ten Hag was quickly removed from the club's most intimate circle. He was also told there was no turning back. With his constant public demands for new players and the breach of trust with Granit's departure,
His relationships within the dressing room were equally strained. Coaches, physiotherapists, doctors, nutrition experts, team organizers, his own new coaching staff—he couldn't connect with anyone. In this particular area, the experienced coach had been trusted to be a unifying force. He wasn't. There was no leadership and no direction.

The former Manchester United coach failed to convey any ideas to the new Leverkusen team. No one knew what to do. Not even when they were leading 3-1 against Werder Bremen.

There were individual actions, but no game plan. In the locker room, people puzzled over why push-ups seemed to have a similar importance in training as running and passing – and not just on the first few days for the losers of training games to amuse themselves during the unusually long sessions.

Ajax 2018/19 is the biggest gas light in recent football history..

Even players like Mazraoui who now goes under the radar, but was called out by many to be the magical RB we needed lol.

Went to Bayern failed, isn't doing much better at Man Utd, but still early days maybe he can turn it around.

But none associated with that team, lived up to the hype after leaving.

Frenkie has been easily one of Barcas best players in that time and will walk into a top club if wants to leave Barca.

Easily one of best midfielders in Europe when fit.

There is not a club side in Europe he doesnt get into.
