Szobo seems like a Valverde/Gerrard hybrid. Great engine, shooting, intensity, stamina, can ping a ball, but limited technically on the ball (Gerrard was a beast technically)

On the ball Trent was simply a phenomenon. Created an absurd amount of chances regularly out of nothing.

Off the ball, a total liability. Needed Henderson and Matip/Konate to babysit him all the time.

Szoboszlai isn't technically limited. He's good. Not as technically gifted or well rounded as Gerrard obviously but still pretty good on the ball. Like no one would call Szoboszlai technically weak or limited whatsoever.

Absolutely technically limited and has bad touches often. Obviously he is a technical wizard compared to 99% of professional football players, but that technical robustness is what hinders him from controlling the game at CAM/CM
