When football was still beautiful. Today it's just about who runs more, faster, has fewer injuries and better subs on the bench. The beauty of the game disappears while athleticism takes over. I'm pretty sure football's peak is already behind us. Better athletes don't make football better.

Bergkamp had the finesse and high IQ. The most elegant style of that era IMO and no wonder, because he was mentored by his idol, none other than Johan Cruyff.
