Nah, don't see it like this. It's not like he does these mistakes intentionally to hurt the club. He's just in a very poor form but he's still a good player. He has physical limitations but those mistakes he's doing recently are mental errors which are preventable and he should work on that.

I see those mistakes as a pressure being put on him as a supposed leader of the defense after Pique's injury.

I agree he doesn't do this thing on purpose, he ain't that stupid, ain't he, but the fact is that now he drops in form. So he is either cracking under "expectations" pressure or he is lacking "competition pressure". Either way he is not doing his best and should be benched to get some grip of himself and think twice about wtf he is doing.

I actually thought it was a pretty bad header. Just steered in Messi's cross towards goal. It wasn't placed well, almost straight at the GK just like against Atleti.
