Man Icl, even last season I still think we would’ve been the favourites. PSG were great last season I can agree but man, I just feel like they were vastly overrated by Inter Milan. I didn’t feel that they were that scary tbh…

If it turns out alright you could say that. But Newcastle have been very poor in possession. Inter were far better at producing dangerous chances.

Newcastle started the game strong but it was unsustainable.

I said in defense and attack we are significantly better and it proved to be the areas that won us the game.

Credit to the entire defense for weathering the strom, they held strong and rashford brought it up.

Midfield for better as the game went along, but I'm giving the defense praise today, they get a lot of stick

Despite bossing Newcastle in the 2nd half... not easy to win there.

Midfield was by far the most dominant area of game.

Likes of Tonali and Bruno G were gash and shown levels by Pedri and Frenkie.

Yeah, but not occupying the position. Somewhat of a Cristiano double that. They still had Benzema to occupy the zone.
