Lamine vs the world as usual
Raphinha is garbage, Lewa means we're playing with 10 men. You can't start a 40 year old in a high intensity CL game.
Defense isn't going to keep a clean sheet and Joan looks nervous.

Would take a 1-1 here. Rashford for Lewa and rotate the #9 with Raphinha/Rashford.

(I would take Raphinha off he's that shit right now but his workrate is something at least)

We are lucky that Gordon is benched.

Very solid performance defensively. Araujo very important at corners. Team is not too risky, thats what i want to see in a CL knock out game

Somehow we hold....bad pressing from us. Thankfully we play against PL 12th. Every elite team would have devoured us.

Football as a whole is in a real low at the moment. Liverpool and Man City are far from convincing. Both Barcelona and Real Madrid are miles off it. Serie A is dog shit. There’s only really Bayern Munich, Arsenal and PSG who are convincing on a consistent basis. And Arsenal at times can be an absolute chore to watch under Arteta.

Barca are shit. A pale shadow of their teams from yesteryear.

Last season Barca would either be leading 3-0 or losing 3-0 this first half

Flick came for a conservative approach here. It's clear we didn't even try to push too much

And I can't blame him. If we can get a draw in this first leg it's not too bad. Think they will push harder later in 2nd half to try and score a goal or two. That would be top

Tbh even PSG have looked off it this year, ofc things can change as we saw last season when they won it. Bayern is the favourite for me.
