Newcastle was always going to show up seeking revenge for the last beating we gave them. That doesn't excuse our poor performance. We are lucky they didn't finish their chances. Also, we really lost control once Pedri was substituted.

Strange that Lewy wasn't substituted sooner. We weren't effective in getting the ball to him, so he wasn't a fit for how the game progressed.

We will see for Bayern and Arsenal when team is fully fit physically and in good form. Today we missed 4 starters when game began and later on in 2nd half we missed 6-7 starters. Considering lack of depth this is a big blow
