The most important game remaining in 2025. All in for a win, would be a big mental boost comparable to Bayern game last year.

Last year it was enough with 16p to reach top 8 but then there were big teams flopping like RM, Bayern, PSG, City. This season they are winning their games so at the very least we need a draw vs Chelsea to reach minimum 17p.

Looking forward to this. Chelsea have been good but don't think they'll trouble us more than Celta on a rainy night in Galicia.

Nah, not even close. All the remaining LL games are far more important than this one.

It’s important for the sake of gaining momentum as we shift into 2026. We have performed poorly and/or had bad luck against the strongest teams this season. Gaining momentum will also snowball into our LL games.

So it is indeed an important game for morale and confidence.

Very welcomed would be only a win as Barca is already 11th in the group standings behind the likes of Spurs, Galatasaray and Newcastle.
Fortunately its not the last game of UCL, we still have Frankfurt, Slavia Prag and Copenhagen left, where Barca is at home for 2 out of the 3 and should win them all. Nah draw will most likely mean we qualify top 8 if we win the rest (Without looking at the remaining schedule for the three teams you mentioned).

Won't be much time to rest after Bilbao but team will need to be up for it. No need to save anything for Alaves at Camp Nou.

All in and make up for that dropped points vs. Qatar. if we want to make it to top 8. Also Chelsea level on points with us so take out direct contender.

We need the win. We wasted our margin of error with the fuck up vs Brugges. It's not as much about not playing an extra game but more about potentially avoiding the top 3-4 sides until the semifinal and having a chance at a much easier quarterfinal opponent plus having the decider at home.
A draw would be decent but certainly not great.

Last season we had an easy path mainly because we finished 2nd in group phase.

Chelsea are wildly inconsistent. We could have a super tough game or we could win it without much difficulty like vs Newcastle. They will probably show up strong in this, expect a better performance from them than what they showed vs Bayern.

Nah, because we had a lucky draw. Liverpool finished 1st and had to play vs PSG, we could easily be in their postion. Wasn't an easy path anway, we could have been eliminated against Benfica if not for Tek.

Finishing top 8 would be prefered but not for the sake of losing points in La Liga. Otherwise I don't care if we finish 9th or 24th. There is not much difference as we have no impact on where other teams will finish so won't know until the end who we potentially could play against.

We would still have good chances for top 8 even not winning this one if we do the job in remaining three games which we absolutely should. 16 points and a good GD was enough last year and should be again. If we don't win last three games we don't deserve top 8 anyway regardless of the Chelsea result.

But with team in current state I think for next two weeks we should give a priority to LL playing three home games (and hopefully actual having a HF advantage now) while Madrid plays three consecutive away games and we should capitalise on that if they drop points. Or otherwise just continue to win to stay in a touching distance. If we let them escape to +6/+7 the season is almost over.

The draw is mainly luck as it depends on other teams' results. What you can do however is increase your own odds by finishing as high as possible, like we did last year. Liverpool were unlucky but I doubt the team in 1st place will be that unlucky this year.

Chelsea used to be a true pain in the ass to Barca in UCL. But now i'm confident Barca will win even away from home, especially Flick will get his full squad back.
