Honestly really annoying they have so many injuries, especially Vitinha. We need him on the field so Pedri can show everybody who's the real boss.

Dembele, Doue and Marquinhos only those 100% out.

Fabian, Neves, Kvara, Vitinha are doubtful, but we'll see today when squad is announced. I think most of them will be ready from what I've read.

PSG's squad list to face Barça: Vitinha, Joao Neves and Fabián travel. Marquinhos, Doué, Kvaratskhelia and Dembélé miss out.

Their squad looks pretty average without these 4. Especially if Vitinha isn't fully fit as well. We need to crush them.

Given the injuries on both sides - this should be a win for us. We don't need to win it in terms of importance, but I think we need a statement win here. Else I'm not sure about our confidence level going into an important knockout game with all their players back.

Sevilla away this weekend feels much more important.

100%.

Barca could lose to PSG and still comfortably finish in good place in the CL table.

Dropping points in league when want to keep pressure on Real and Classico on way would be far worse.

Have to keep as much pressure as can on Real and not let them enjoy their football.

Beating PSG after all the painful losses against them lately is psychologically very important for the season. Same as the win against Bayern pushed us last season. And this season's placement in the CL liga phase is also much more important than last season. We need to win tomorrow, no doubt about it.

I agree. Winning this could be a massive confidence boost, no matter how many injuries both sides have.

Lose here and against Chelsea and you barely make the top8. The goal should be top4 or even top2. Not only for the money, but to get the return leg at home advantage all the way in the playoffs. This cost us in the past CL seasons, especially last season.

The only game "allowed" to lose should be at Stamford bridge.

No one wants to lose either game but worse to drop points in the league than drop points v PSG.

Still a lot of luck involved in draw even if finish top 2. Seen that last season with Liverpool etc.

Top 2 or 4 doesnt guarantee home advantage in QF or Semis either as other teams could 'win' that advantage from other teams and negate it for Barca if finished below the team they beat then meet in draw.

Pedri:

“I think it’s one of the best matches you can play at club level. Paris is one of the best in the world and I consider us the best. It will be a great game.”

“It’s a game where both teams will want to have the ball. We are a brave team and I think we’ll manage to do it.”

“All of us who are Barça fans want to get that revenge. The next year you can achieve what you left behind, and we all want to play these kinds of matches.”

“Barça’s physical preparation has changed radically. It’s fun to play every three days, but it’s true that sometimes you do feel your legs heavier.”

“I prefer playing against a team like PSG because they also want to take the initiative and not just sit back, since it’s harder to create chances otherwise.”

They have the advantage of being able to take players off for rest if feeling it more than Barca.

Flick I would guess would have ideally rested Frenkie and Pedri more for example but there is not enough on bench to trust doing it as much as would have liked in close games.

Barca have injuries also and Yamal just back.

Neither team perfect preparation.

Feels like will be a bit of a damp squib more than two of the most technical teams thrashing it out.
