Champions League

very strange to have a final where
- both teams were underdogs until second half of semifinal return game and miraculously scored 3 goals to go through
- no team won the domestic title this year and the past years
- both teams represent England but have foreign coaches

Given all that, can the winner be named "best team in Europe"?
I guess Liverpool could still earn this distinction because they were so close to winning the Premier League.
However, if Tottenham wins, naming them "best team in Europe" is impossible.

If Tottenham wins, status of Champions League will suffer.

Well Real didn't win anything in Spai either.

Are you guys kidding about missing the final? It's going to be a great match. And I don't dislike any team for a change. One of the best non-Barca final in ages.

Hard for me to watch the final. Depressing we could bottle such an easy path to the finals. Also depressing to know had we taken care of a simple 3-0 lead, we would have faced a team in the final that we already handled this year.
