Teams are poor across the board.

PSG and Man City are the only teams who look good (by good I mean best in the world level) to me. They also have the two strongest squads, and two best coaches, in my opinion.

Edit: forgot Bayern too, though you never can tell with them with how they dominate BL.

Not so much all the rest (Foden, Gundo, Bernardo, Cherki, and basically all their defenders)

Arsenal have the squad and the ability, but they don't have the mental fortitude and history of winning big trophies (recent) that the three others have.
