I've watched only a few games of Rice but just from those 2 freekicks I rate him to the moon. Never heard of Pavlovic until you guys said.

How can a youngster with 7 caps be better than a guy with 70 caps and voted into Premier League TOTY 2 times.

Yes, I am just repeating what you said but Pavlovic is a galaxy behind as of this moment. Rice got more intl caps then he played games in his career.
