You say that but remember Dortmund had several very good chances at 0-0. They fluffed their lines in the first half.

But I get what you mean.

Yeah tru but somehow it was clear that they wouldnt score them. I watched it in a pub with a friend and said to him before the match started 'Dortmund will create more chances but lose' , you can just feel it 😬

Yeah Dortmund tend to do that. And RM do tend to give away chances and get outplayed and still win.

Given Dortmund's bottling tendences, and Real's final record, Real were always winning that.

Imo 50/50, PSG is fire this season, dont know how Lucho did it but he created the best PSG of all time 🫣

Let's see how they handle Inter's low block. I have a feeling Dembele and the other speed merchants will struggle with Inter's setup but we'll see. I wasn't actually looking forward to the game but it might actually be an interesting chess match between Inzaghi and Lucho.

I didn't care too much about the winner here, but after reading through how PSG is being portrayed in the media I'll just have to root for Inter.

They're talking about this PSG squad like it was built like a "normal" club builds their teams.

PSG literally spent 80m and 90m on Goncalo Ramos and Kolo-Muani who flopped. Just because they're spending an insane amount of money on talented kids and investing better instead of going for galaticos doesn't mean it's not a massive issue how one club can spend a crazy amount of money every year without any repercussions.

People give Inter a lot of shit for being dominated by Flick's Barca but they still scored 7 times and were resilient and clutch.

Surely they deserve credit for their mentality and resilience?

I don't particularly like either club. I prefer Milan to Inter. Therefore, I am not that bothered. My stance for tonight is I want whoever plays best on the night to win. If both teams play well then all the better. Just hope it isn't another boring final.

Like @jairzinho said above, though PSG's speed and trick merchants will likely not have lots of space to run into as Inter will sit deeper in a low block. It's interesting how the game will develop and if we might see some moments of genius to break the game and Inter's organised defence.

One thing I always liked about Marquinhos is he's one of those celebrities who shares a birthday with me.

Others include Tim Roth, Cate Blanchett, George Lucas, Mark Zuckerberg, Miranda Cosgrove, Amber Tamblyn and Olly Murs.

If you look at the PSG XI it's not filled with galactico so I get the what they media is getting at, especially compared to what came before

But it's obviously bullshit

I think PSG's superstars are more about the style of play rather than being galacticos.

Like Dembele, Doue, Barcola and Kvara are all really fast and/or young, full of vitality, tricky wingers who can create and score. But obviously they're not really regarded as a top 5 player in the world (maybe Dembele aside, on form).

Sometimes that youth, pace and trickiness gets you further than having huge names on paper. Obviously they're all class players but none of them are really 'superstars' off the pitch I wouldn't have thought.

Same with the midfielders - Neves, Vitinha etc are brilliant players, but not as famous as someone like Rodri.
