You're welcome
Football kind of lost its predictability these last two seasons. The supposed "top" teams are not winning the games they should.

S. Ramos, is that you? :koeman:

Wrote this quickly:p

Meant red cards giving a man disadvantage.
Other than that, I am fine with players getting expelled from the game after serious fouls, and getting suspended for next matchdays.
But they should be replaced at that moment, rather than leaving one team play a man down

Villarato!

Don't get the rationale of this.

Is it one of your usual jinxing intros to the upcoming game?

With both teams coming out shit from NT break, a single pickmeup result of any kind in the CL means Barca will be on even footing with RM going into Sunday no matter the quality of players fielded. RM are on a shocking scoring run and unless Barca are played off park tomorrow by Inter, RM will fold under slightest bit of pressure

You overestimate our defense.

Perhaps so
I just think this is a closer contest than seems at face value. Even that one in Vegas was a decent enough sample, though Araujo was there I suppose

We're just so wank mentally on runs like these.
Lot can happen, but think beating Inter will make Barca favourites

Can't see how 'RM folding" follows from a result favorable to Barca tomorrow...

To begin with, the scenario where Inter plays us off the park ain't happening. The conditions of the game tomorrow are pretty much set.
They are parking a solid double-decker bus in front of their goal and would be happy to concede pressure shots and everything as long they keep the clean sheet. Might snatch some goal on some break, cherry on top, but that's about it.

But even a confortable Barca win tomorrow won't change the fact that
1) RM can hurt us badly with no Kounde and no Araujo, and no serious marking of Vini
2) Ancelotti will revert to his usual 'sit back' 'park some bus' 'pass to Vini and let a goal come on the counter' that he deploys for big games,
unlike what he did last March
3) the 0-4 is fresh, so RM squad wants revenge.
They were even 'careful' in the US friendly - although they usually don't care for those - to not lose by big margin, because of that fresh memory.

Inviting pressure never ends well when you know you shouldn't concede.
Inter can't be trusted to follow through anything, I expect a win for Barca.

Only advantage is in 1 on 1 vs Vini and that can be mediated for. Benzema has been largely garbage this season tho had moments when still scored to play through it. If Vini marked out the game successfully, will be an even contest

Inter result changes a lot on dynamic of the match. Real struggling to score this year. Barca find it easy to. Real have had one match with a clean sheet, Barca had several (albeit with Araujo?).

Far from clear cut heavy favourites and see how things look after tomorrow

Form is never relevant in a Clasico, never. It's a completely different game with the players able to turn up in an instance.
