Stadium looks / is nothing like the old one .. it was 80% demolished before starting .. works are still underway and the stadium guaranteed will be top 3 in the world

I don't see big difference, if any. The only thing is the annoying double adboards, that elevate the first tier. I think it applies only to this sector because I didn't see any elevation behind the goals, nor the main stand.

P.S. - noticed that the stairs are wider in the new design.

My guess is the camera sits lower because the third tier is not constructed yet.

Yeah, they only install them at one side that is always visible, that brings the best revenues. It probably isn't worth it to install it on the goal sides, also more difficult to create that "tall illusion" since the main camera looks from an angle at the goals and not straight forward.
