that's simply wrong. You can state that 10 times and it's 10 times wrong. the club doesn't operate like a gas station around the corner. There are budgets for each area at the start of the financial year and both are completely independent from each other. The board said it several times, that they agreed with the investors that the club will pay the money back only with the ADDITIONAL income of the new stadium. First payment is due when the stadium is finished and starts to generate income.
It has absolutely nothing to do with the budget for transfers.
This isn’t true

Barto used a stadium loan to cover club expenses just as an example

This is the official information on the Barca homepage:

The financing is with some of the main prestigious financial entities around the world. It has different instalments to be paid progressively at 5, 7, 9, 20, and 24 years, with a flexible structure, including a grace period. The Club will start to repay the operation once work has been completed on the stadium, using income generated by the Spotify Camp Nou, which is forecast to be around 247 million Euro per year.

I am glad Barto didn't start the project. They had planned for far fewer vip boxes. The entire ring of vip boxes between tiers 2 and 3 was something this new board added to the initial design.

Yes and they will be a main pillar of the additional new income. Those boxes cost thousands of Euros and you can always drain the rich folk without hesitation.

III. Financing [FCB official site]

The financial entity is Goldman Sachs.

Nice deflection

But please do try to remember your main point was that it’s a stadium only loan that does not impact any other expense….

They already sold 90% of the VIP boxes for once the stadium is complete

Let's sell some levers on them.

Then, during the day, I generally like the gargantuan, modernist, minimalist, cold austerity of the new enveloping skin. It brings to mind ideas of forward thinking, avant-garde grandeur and the stainless steel brings to mind the European Cup, and impenetrability.

Sounds like the french description of the toilet seat design of their national stadium. Florentino just could not accept being overshadowed by a french toilet, so he asked for a modern take on the bidet and ended up with that monstrosity of a pussy washer, just so he could one-up them.

Can't embed, as X switched their root domain over night. Barca demonstrated how the exterior would look like when finished. It seems it will be installed on the inner and outer ring. Inner ring to hide the old second stand probably.

Some of the designs of the past are ridiculuos tbh. I like simplicity, not space ships.

I find the 360-degree screens on top to be distracting. You can't show replays, you put ads on them it's mostly flashy distraction from what's going on down at the pitch, including players, who already have video adboards running on sidelines.
