Basketball/NBA

Happy for Sam Presti, he is one of the greatest ever GM who built several contenders without a single first overall pick, all within the NBA 3rd smallest market. Legend.
Yeah, one of the greatest GMs that championship escaped him for almost 20 years. Always great at draft picks. Durant, Westbrook, Harden, Holmgren and trading for SGA ironically brought him the ring.

P.S. - I want Seattle SuperSonics to return soon.

There's a commission set up by NBA to evaluate a potential expansion of Las Vegas and... Seattle. Total crap! First they demanded Seattle build a proper basketball arena, they've done so. Now it's evaluation... it's clear as a day, Seattle is no-brainer as the big market, they already have NFL/NHL/soccer teams. It's the unwillingness of NBA team owners to share the wealth, that 70 billion new TV deal. Corporate greed.

Well, it is actually one thing they have done right.
NBA is already too diluted in terms of talent, despite talent being an all time high.
However, they have finally achieved competitiveness and ended dynasties as it was, they are in the perfect spot and expansion isn't needed.
Oklahoma have been perfect addition to the league, I hate the whole "big market" bs. If anything, it is always small market teams that have passionate fans.

It's not about the big/small market after all. It's the revenue that nobody wants to share with 2 more teams.

It's getting more and more stinkier. NBA knew about Rozier and only suspended him with "injury" without informing Miami Heat who traded for him.

Allegedly Kevin Garnett attended the poker games organized by the New York mafia. This is going to hit hard NBA in reputation and I feel this is just the beginning, more names will be revealed. The most suspicious are the faked injuries, players leaving the court after a minimal contact.

On another note - alley-oops should be banned. San Antonio Spurs utilize them multiple times a game with Victor Wembanyama. It's a cheat code. And what a player Wemby developed into. He's unstoppable and extremely hard to score against. Zion ate two blocks in just a second the other day.
