Why are we even going for a player that doesn't want to play for us in Joan Garcia? Almost any other keeper in the top 5 leagues would love to play for us.

They want a young GK that's tall and a very good shot-stopper first and foremost.

Joan Garcia is not only local, but also an option due to his price.

On another note, we are now being linked with Igor Paixao from Feyenoord. A more direct winger for those who are saying that's what they primarily want.

Watched him absolutely light it up for them this past season, he could be one of those cheaper now, but turns into an absolute '100M baller' if he gets his next club right' players in no time.

It's way better to get a Rashford on loan for a year, than to pay 60-80m for Diaz. As long as it remains a loan, go for it. It's a win-win situation for everyone. We get an experienced player on an decent level to rest Rapha and Lamine. Rashford can play for Barca and turn his career around with a decent season, United can be happy to increase his market value.
