Cubarsi isn't going to be sold if he is healthy unless he loses his starting spot for 3 consecutive years. This club loves it's La Masia players to fault.
I've been critical of him and the CB we had, and I agree defense is the problem, but don't tease yourself with the idea that we would even entertain selling him

They will both likely cause a bidding war, unless one of them is set on joining a particular club. That's why we should go for both and sign the one that is the better deal for us.

I think if we could afford Olmo last year, we can afford one big signing this year, as our finances should be better, especially due to CL semis.

But IMO, I dont think Gyokeres will cause a bidding war. All the reports I have read say both the club and player have agreed to let him go for around the 70m mark if a club of his liking is in for him. Sporting and Gyokeres seem to be on pretty good terms for this to be feasible.
For Sesko, Leipzig holds a lot of decision making power. Dont think Leipzig will let him go if it has a significantly higher offer on the table.
That's the reason why I believe there won't be a bidding war if we go for Gyokeres. Guy seems to be very driven and wants to achieve stuff, so we are definitely a club he will chose over Arsenal.

As for your last statement. Yes, I also think we should be able to afford atleast similar numbers. But we should first strengthen our Fullback, CB and the GK firs. And then go for a ST.
Let's say we get Tah for free. Jose Gaya as an LB for around 15m, Garcia as a GK for 25m, Rashford on a loan
That's around 40m spent. Don't think we will have the money to get a Striker for 75m.

Now if you say we sell Araujo and use that money. Nah. If we sell Araujo, we use that money to go for a replacement. Huijsen or someone else. We already have a problem in our defense, so we should use that money to get a better player.

People need to give up the idea that we’re getting a striker this summer. Torres has just had a great season, and Lewa isn’t going anywhere. I highly doubt we’re in a position to buy and loan either.

Unless Lewa or Torres leave, a striker signing will have to wait until next summer.

It’s a similar situation with the goalkeeper spot. If Mats and Tek stay, we’re not signing a new keeper. Even though a buy and loan kind of a deal is more feasible here due to the lower costs, the club has never prioritised this position.

We need st, pressing machine, pacey, and someone who can keep up with lamine and raph in counters. Alvarez, sesko, gyokeres and haaland. Even lautaro would suit us perfectly. Isak is a higuain mould. Osimhen is an idiot if he doesnt consider playing in this barca for "peanuts" but overall he's wild card, he could turn a total beast or total flop.
Deco and laporta should arrive on every meeting with attitude of you either want to be part of history or fuck off.
I really feel that haaland is having nightmares right now because he knows in this barca setup he would bang 50+ a season easily. He's having wet dreams of raph and lamine on sides.
