Multiple reports, probably all branching from Romano. Good news that we are looking at GK. Not sure about Garcia though, the price is Great but he's only had one really good season it seems.

We are also linked to Alvarez again. Why sources believe AM would sell us their new, shiny beast of a striker after 1 season is hilarious to me.

I probably prefer Mitoma to Diaz too.

True. Son was brilliant, still is great, but he's just too old now for a transfer. He was born in 1992.

He'd have been amazing at Barca 6 years ago or so.

Why aren't we after that fullback from Benfica that played very well vs us, Carreras btw? Leftback, only 22, looks solid and with a lot of potential to grow.

Because Real Madrid are about to pay 45m for him and I don't think they will spend that much on a LB with Balde as our starter.

33 is not really that old when you have a 37 yo starter.

I was looking at him as a potential free agent but as said ofc Spurs picked up his option. That said I think he should finish his career in London, especially now that he finally won something with them..

True but (and this is me preaching to the choir with you) we both know that 37-year-old should be nowhere near Barca in reality.

Maybe Sonny could still do a job, 33 isn't ancient. But it looks like his best days are behind him and there are younger options.

Like you say it is all hypothetical anyway and will never happen, especially with him signing that new contract.
