Yamal doesn't need explosive speed because he's intelligent enough to beat his marker. We can't expect him to beat multiple defenders all the time though, even Messi still the best in the world has amigos and young players who are willing to pass non-statically, non-gimpy, in tight spaces.

Tiki-taka excludes runs into free space? Guaridola's Barcelona systematically resorted to these techniques, like all the other teams Pep coached.

...throw that bull crap away ..it was tried earlier in the season with the players bumping into each other and both encroaching the space of the other....no need for shit experiments that get u no where. Buy a fast/ direct winger(with the money being proposed for Benardo Silva) that can cut in and send Cancelo 1000miles from the club...scout French ligue 1 for good low cost defensive midfielder...sell Garcia, Torres, Raphinha and some other bums... and invest the money in a DM and maybe a good right full back....then sack inept coach and get a tactician(doesn't have to be a high profile one) ... and see Barca rise again

Not to bothered about the first, but interesting City group will look to buy him for circa 15m.

Second point is, we talk about not needing to sell to buy. But then we spend 60m inc variables on a player Xavi takes 3 months to decide he does not want, and then Madrid (or Chelsea) sign the real big talent of Andre Cury. Someone who could have rather easily brokered him to us.

Estevao is left-handed, right winger. Yes, he is talented. But we have Yamal. You need to make a choice - either Yamal or Estevao, and then blame the management for inaction.
