Revnues didn't drop, right? They said they expected the profits to drop...
Anyway, I assume this is, just like last season, including paying off debt. As long as we pay off debt around 40-50 million a year it is fine by me. That is still one of the most important things to do by the board.

On the Camp Nou vote; I'd rather have a renovation than building an entire new stadium. But IF we move to a new stadium, let it have all. Restaurants, stores, suites(hotel stuff) etc. Making as much as possible from a new place should be the goal, so that we will have the nr 1 stadium in Europe.

But then again, we already have... :hooray:

Board has to consider how to invest the surplus wisely. A high surplus is always a sign that there are possbilities to invest which were not taken and this is - economically seen - a bad sign. Well, of course, not really bad, but the club isn't tapping its full potential.

The basic idea is to use the surplus to create assets, that includes buying real estate, construction projects and the like. It's still a rock-solid investment, at least in comparison to some insane "products" that are on the market. To quote Will Rogers and Tony Soprano: "Buy land, god ain't making any more of that".

So, for the general assembly, it will be "brain says yes, heart says no" decision. Also, this decision will be pathbreaking for years to come.

Sandro Rosell recorda que el Club ha tancat l'exercici 2011/12 amb els beneficis més alts de la història: 48.8 milions d'euros #fcblive
So apparently last season Rosell & co realized a profit of 48,8M euro, the highest in the history of the club.

Like Corb said before, not bad for a club that was on the verge of bankrupcy 2 years ago ;)

like that our international players are scoring. Messi and Xavi scoring both from fantastic free kicks. It's good we 're improving our chances from set pieces. Messi even admitted to practicing more of that in training and that can only be good. Pedro was the source of everything that was good with Spain the other day, scoring a brace for his troubles and played the whole 90 mins and looking very sharp as he exposed the Arabian defence time and again. It may not have been the best test but it was a positive performance from our man.

Dangerous, but that's why they started promoting Barca all over the world to intend for higher revenue..
