The problem that the Almada, Alvarez, Messi combo is that both Almada and Messi likes to cut in a lot. For me, Barco is the key to give some good genuine width while Almada cuts in, Barco can go outside and provide width. The fact that Barco is versatile and has experience in playing LM, LB and CM helps him massively with his close control and creative being a huge plus. Plus, he's an absolute baller

This squad just reminds me what an absolute carry job that the GOAT did at the 2022 WC.

10 G + A in Argentina's 15 goals that tourney.

Only other great players he had was a 35 year old Di Maria and Emiliano.
