His "loser mentality" is overblown (generally in football)... but with him we are probably doomed with 4-4-2 for all eternity. Or some weirdish 4-3-3 with a no-chemistry frontline (by the looks of it). Would rather have Pepe and play Dembele-Messi-Pepe with (Suarez as the 9 option). Or just find an inverted right footed winger. Or get Gabriel Jesus and hope a change of scene does him good.

Said this before, not worth it. He's aint a pure 9 nor a winger, more like a second striker. He is naturally very one dimensional, a good pacey versatile high work rate poacher but in terms of high levels of link up play, I think we can do better. Would have problems about him not fitting like Coutinho, so what's the point?

Griezmann is basically discount Messi, most likely it would happen the same as Dybala-Leo in Argentina.

I really doubt he'll succeed here.

The team that destroyed Barcelona had only one WC class player, the rest won't make the Barcelona or Real first team selection. You can resurrect Pele and Maradona but the fact is we lack fighting spirit, we are uninspiring, we lack character and personality.

Buying this star and that won't make us better really. Griezmann won't add anything we don't have already.
