What I am confused about everyone keeps insisting Senegal left the pitch for 15 minutes. Which is not true. They came back much earlier. But people add the time ref took to look at VAR and the time between Senegalese team returning and brahim diaz actually taking the pen.

A line we should never cross in football is overturning results long after the game is over. You can make an exception for things like Calciopoli, where the breach of rules is over a long span of games and time
But for a single game? Come on. If the referee fucked up, too bad. It's happened a milion times in football and football history would be completely rewritten now if we go to correct all the wrong decisions made
I think it is also shameful of Moroccan players to accept this trophy. You didn't win it on the pitch. I hope one of them comes out and says the right thing, which is the only way they can make themselves clear
