Achraf Hakimi

Romano better hope his sources are correct or he'll look as dumb as he did when he pushed Benzema to Inter/Napoli a few years back. This morning Marca indicated no offers have arrived yet. We'll see.

If no buyback, disappointing. Majorly disappointing.

Being reported by Spanish press now too.

Guess you need to balance the books too, or sell players to fund that big move for Pogba. ;)

Haven't seen reports of deals anywhere in Spain, only speculation on why it might happen.

Man, can't tell if this is more disappointing than Llorente, but this is what you get with such management I guess.

Gotta say Inter are doing a great job rebuilding their team compared to the likes of Roma and AC Milan and arguably even Juventus.

Pogba?
No, Pogba stays where he is, which is good.

Pogba in a disciplined side can be really good.

And somehow, they still cant challenge this mediocre Juventus-side.

Early days. Conte's first season.

With Hakimi, Tonali and possibly other players joining they should be in a really good position next season.

Will be interesting to see how Ralf Rangnick will do at Milan.

Is he joining them as a manager or sporting director? If as a manager then Milan need to be patient and help him out with the right moves.

So Hakimi and then Tonali to Inter? Damn, they really are taking their sporting project seriously. It'll take some more years of flipping players for profit most likely but I could see them overtaking Juve for the long run. Juventus have not been run like a top organization for the past 2 years other than signing Ronaldo. You'd think they would be in "win now" mode but they've barely put in an effort to put together a strong CL contending team.

Inter will bleed us for every single penny when it comes to Lautaro and then reinvest that well too.

From what I've read he'll be both SD and a coach.

“Even in Germany it’s not a very common thing, I think it will be like the English model, as a manager. Rangnick will take a similar position and will not come to Milan to be only the coach, he has already had too many experiences and is too advanced to do only the technician. They will use the English model or what they did in Leipzig before Nagelsmann arrived.

“He leaves a very important role, and he will not want to take a step back. At Leipzig he was both the coach and the technical director, so I don’t think he would go to Milan only to be the coach. It will be a very innovative role that in Italy it has not yet been seen.”

But could be he'll just do a rebuild, set up the team and then try to bring Nagelsmann in a year or two.

Obviously they've got holes to patch this season. They didn't even make it out of their group in CL. It's precisely the point they're making the right kinds of corrections. Achraf for 40 is a steal.

He is already better than Carvahal at going forward.
Klopp, Pep, Poch would take him in a heartbeat over Carvahal.
Well, Zidane is not the best out there to develop players, isn't he?

Pipe down. Carvajal is great going forward and far more balanced as a player. Achraf is great and it sucks to lose his quality, but he's got a lot to prove.

Pogba isnt happening, deal with.

Also, Inter rely on a big-game flop as their CF.
Lukaku is a decent forward, but come on.

Carvahal is better defensively at the moment.
Carvahal is worse offensively at the moment. Not by a great margin, but Hakimi surpassed him this year.
Bring in some context: Carvahal is 28, Hakimi is 21. Why on earth would someone who is rebuilding sell Hakimi??

I am only wondering why he is going to Inter, and not the PL, which is the best league atm for someone to grow..
