9 - Robert Lewandowski

The real issue is that he's a Real Madrid player playing for Barcelona.

Barca fans are never going to love him or adore him like a club legend or acknowledge his contributions in Barca's toughest period.

There's a reason why Perez tried to sign him many times and even Ramos and Ronaldo tried to convince him.

He's such a typical Real Madrid player. Lewy at Barca is such an odd fit.

Nice try. Perez would never buy him at the age he signed for Barca.
You can pretend he's a same player as a decade ago but noone is fooled.

Turns out a few hours at the gym doesn't change one's obsession with "terrible" posters they claim to despise.

Who would have guessed?! 😂

It's not an obsession with you - it's bizarre behaviour by Lewy fans in general on here, of which you are the prime perpetrator.

I don't really care what you think about football in the main - the only thing I care about is your celebrity worship, which you express through Lewandowski and Ronaldo. They're the conduits where your personality and sycophancy comes through. I find your 21st century way of thinking about football embarrassing, as an old-school football fan. As well as your scouring of meaningless, joke Twitter sources and vomiting them all over the forum.

As for me and the gym - don't worry. I will keep doing it and eating healthy, and a year from now I will be right slimmed down. I have the motivation and taste for it now. Those 'few hours' will be several hundred by May 2026.

One thing we know for sure - the Lewa fans don’t hit the gym themselves, because they’re camped up in here 24/7 waiting to seethe over perceived slights.
Tempt talks about how he plays so much football, has a great body, has an active social life, has great hair.

Amazing he has the time to do and be all these things when he's online all day, every day. At least I admit I have a lot of room for improvement, but he talks like his life is amazing and judging me as if I am inferior, while spending most waking hours on here

Before you joined, this dude was lying on another level, how he hung out with R9 at a shoe launch event.

@Andresito and others brought him down a few pegs

The thing is, it's weird, because I actually think he's a very decent guy, and has a good heart. He was nice to me before we fell out, and I miss chatting to him.

But the other side of him, that I cannot abide, is the celebrity worship and obsessing (positively) over individual players. I don't know why he behaves like that. That's not the guy I talked to in PMs, who was generally down to earth and sensible. He's a smarter guy than that.

I guess he just obsesses over some footballers. To be fair, that's not a crime and there's far worse things. It's just unfortunate that celebrity worship happens to be one of my pet peeves in life. Hence he and I clashing now.

It's the same with the other Lewy fans. They all seem like decent people - I don't dislike them. But I am compelled to speak up when they're twisting everything to defend Lewy at all costs.

This is also nothing against Lewy, who despite some flaws has been one of the best strikers of the 21st century. However, when you try to point out the negatives about him or his career, his fans get angry, as if he's beyond criticism. It's weird.

I will say it again. I don't despise you - on the contrary, I think you're a very good and genuine person. I like you for sure, and I like Rassvet too, even if both of you might have a problem with me now.

My issue with you stems from you getting carried away with certain players and obsessing over them. I can do that too, but to me it makes more sense to criticise someone you don't know than fall in love with them.

All you need to do is rein in the celebrity worship and you will be grand. It will make you a better poster too, and you'll stop rage baiting.

But, overall, I can tell you are a good person. And my opinion on that will not change no matter how much you hate me (because I made mistakes too and am far from innocent).

Just saw his salary on the internet holy hell. Paid like 3 world class players in their prime. I dont think club can sign anyone if he stays another year on current salary. Just pay him 30% and terminate.. probably would make more sense financially and sportingly.

Flick's pet and Bayern amigo, everyone knew this would happen when we signed him.

If only we can convince Tuna to leave, or sell him forcefully. But we dont have the balls.

Lewa should have been a sub next season, but having Tuna as a backup means Lewa will be our main starter.

Fuck sake. We are not going to win the UCL or even reach the finals again next season.
Decades of embarrassment continues (this year was good though).

Why do you blame Lewandowski for UCL exit when he was injured and barely play? We were unlucky with defence injuries (not only Balde and Kounde, but also Eric's light injury in second game that forced sub, Inigo too if i good remember), Dumpfries destroyed Barca. Attack was fine vs Inter. Also set pieces were a big problem, dont know if it was because Inter is good or because absence of Lewandowski (he cleared so many balls this season).

Luck is another factor, Barca had 2x more chances than Inter. Great 2 games from Sommer. Imo Barca is the strongest team in the world right now but this is football and not always the better team wins.
